ABSTRACT: This article is about legal measures to promote the social integration of the people with disabilities in Vietnam. It is divided into three parts. In the first part, the authors give an overview of Vietnamese law for social integration of people with disabilities (I). In the second part, the measures to promote social integration from people with disabilities in Vietnam shall be interpreted (II) and the final part deals with suggestions for further promoting the social integration of people with disabilities in Vietnam (III).
