Abstract: The
Draft Law on Teachers is a significant step toward protecting teachers' rights
and improving their quality. This article analyzes five key issues: overlap
with existing laws, lack of transparent supervision, insufficient emphasis on
practical competencies, inadequate legal protection for teachers, and
inflexible policies for educators in remote areas. The author proposes
clarifying the law's distinct features, strengthening enforcement mechanisms,
and implementing practical support and flexible policies. These solutions
ensure feasibility and enhance teachers' status, aligning with the goal of
sustainable educational development.
